Enquiries, call requests and downloads
We ask for your name, email and requirement when you contact us. Company, offering and industry provide optional context. A call request also asks for preferred times and your time zone; we arrange a suitable time by email rather than reserve a slot automatically.
Document requests ask for your name and email, with optional company details. Once online submission is connected, Azure Functions records your request in our restricted SharePoint environment and enables the relevant document download. We use this information to respond, deliver the requested resource and administer the enquiry. Please avoid including sensitive personal information, passwords or confidential client records.
If online submission is unavailable, the page will say so. You may contact us by email instead. An error or an email draft does not mean an online request has been saved.
Newsletter and marketing permission
Newsletter subscriptions are optional and separate from making an enquiry or downloading a document. We record your permission and the version of the privacy notice presented. You may unsubscribe using the link in an email or contact us directly. We will not treat a document request as automatic newsletter permission.
Cookies, browser storage and analytics
Essential storage supports site delivery, security and your choices. Theme settings use local storage; the starting-point guide uses session storage for navigation and the selected guide character. These preferences do not contain enquiry text.
When configured, Google Tag Manager manages our analytics and advertising tags. Google Analytics 4 measures visits, pages, offering interest and events such as enquiry completion and document downloads only after analytics permission. Advertising and remarketing tags require separate marketing permission. Optional tags are not loaded before a choice allowing them.
We keep personal form details out of analytics events. With analytics permission, campaign codes may accompany an enquiry. The guide’s offering and industry selections may appear in page URLs, browser history and hosting logs. The guide does not send your selections to an AI service.
Your cookie choice is remembered on this browser for up to 180 days. You can change it through . Browser settings and clearing storage may affect remembered choices.
Security verification
Google invisible reCAPTCHA v2 loads when you submit a form. It normally runs in the background and may show a challenge when needed. It processes information needed to identify automated requests under Google’s privacy policy. The visible reCAPTCHA badge links to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms. This security check is separate from analytics, remarketing and newsletter permission. Verification is checked by the backend before accepting a submission. Declining marketing or analytics does not disable form security.
Service providers and overseas processing
The review site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Our production hosting is planned with Hostinger; Azure Functions, Microsoft SharePoint and Logic Apps support request handling and notifications once configured. Google services support consented measurement, advertising and form security. These providers may process information in countries outside Singapore or India.
We assess provider terms, processing locations, permissions and safeguards, including Singapore’s overseas-transfer requirements, before enabling production processing. Newsletter distribution and advertising platforms will be identified here when selected. Links to social networks open services governed by their own privacy notices.
Retention, access and security
Access to enquiry records is limited to people handling them and authorised administrators. We retain records only for the relevant business purpose or applicable legal requirements, and review them for deletion when no longer needed. Operational retention periods and deletion procedures are being finalised for production. Documents published for download may be retained and shared by their recipients.
Contact Shitij Bathla to request access, correction, withdrawal of consent, deletion or help with a complaint. We may need to verify your identity. Requests are handled under applicable Singapore and Indian requirements. Withdrawal affects future processing and does not undo previous lawful processing.
Changes and service availability
This notice describes the website’s deployment configuration. Optional services remain inactive until their accounts and backend are connected. We will update this notice as providers or processing practices change.
